Great location near the airport with a fantastic free shuttle service. The onsen is a nice touch, and our room was comfortable and well-equipped. Just a heads up, the bathroom is a bit small, and we initially only got one key card, but the staff were helpful.

had real good stay for 1 night. truly enjoyed staying at the brand-new comfort single room with all necessary equipment. a coffee maker and a refrigerator were nice. had central location near to convenience store. moreover, it was not far from the airport or a train to sapporo, the train station and aeon mall, and food court.

It was beautiful, the room was compact and had a very comfy bed. Nice service, though a few employees were poor. Location: the hotel was very close to the mega mall, and Easy to find. Had nice dainties at City Library Cafe, located around 4-6 minutes away by foot from the venue.

The restaurant experience was frustrating; the staff barely helped when I struggled with the all-Japanese menu. We ended up leaving without eating after feeling completely ignored. Not cute at all!

The Japanese Twin Room with Tatami Area provides a unique experience, blending traditional aesthetics with ample room for family comfort. The futons on tatami offer a cozy touch that feels distinctly local.
The breakfast left much to be desired, taking 15 minutes to prepare with no options for those with food allergies. I found myself frustrated with the shuttle not being bookable in advance, meaning you roll the dice on getting a seat when you need it, and the pillows did not agree with my neck, leaving me sore the next day. There was an annoying fan in the bathroom that wouldn't turn off.
